We may also disclose your personal data if such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims in legal proceedings or in administrative or pre-trial dispute resolution proceedings.
4. Transfer of your personal data abroad
4.1. In this section, we provide information about the cases in which personal data may be transferred outside of Ukraine.
4.2. We may transfer your personal data to our counterparties outside Ukraine (foreign parties to personal data relations) to provide services on our behalf and/or to comply with legal requirements. 4.3. Our Website is hosted in data centres in Kyiv, Ukraine (hosting service: HOSTiQ). In case of transferring personal data to foreign parties hosting, such data will be protected by appropriate means of protection, and only if the relevant state ensures proper protection of personal data in cases established by the legislation of Ukraine or international treaties of Ukraine.
4.4. If you are accessing this Website from a country other than the country where our server is located, communications between us may involve the transfer of information across international borders. By visiting our Website or otherwise engaging in electronic communication with us, you agree to such transfers. Even if your jurisdiction does not have the same privacy laws as the jurisdiction where our server is located, we will treat your information as protected by this privacy policy.
5. Notifications and newsletters
By filling out the registration form on the website and ticking the box in the field where you are asked to consent to the sending of information and marketing messages containing information about goods and/or services, advertising and commercial offers regarding such goods and/or services, with references to the terms of such consent (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Messages’), you have agreed to the use of your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number, other network identifiers of the subscriber) to send you the Messages (subscription to the newsletter), as well as our partners, in particular, the State Institution ‘Institute of Blood Pathology and Transfusion Medicine of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine’, Infusion PE (hereinafter – Consent).
In the event of further changes to the Policy, we will notify you of such changes by email to the address you provided during registration.
Informational and advertising mailings are carried out on the basis of your consent (subscription to mailings), which you have provided through the Website, by registering for an online event, or when ordering goods and/or services through the Website, filling out a separate subscription form or feedback form.
We may send you informational and advertising newsletters containing information about goods and/or services, marketing, advertising and commercial offers for such goods and/or services.
We send informational, advertising, marketing mailings in the form of e-mails, Viber messages, SMS messages.
You may at any time, free of charge, in a simple and understandable form, refuse to receive informational and advertising Messages (unsubscribe from mailings), and withdraw your Consent to receive Messages (mailing).
The procedure for unsubscribing from the newsletter:
- Emails. To opt out of receiving Notifications (unsubscribe) sent to your email address, please click on the ‘unsubscribe’ hyperlink at the end of each email.
- Viber-mailings. To refuse to receive Notifications (unsubscribe) sent through the Viber application on your smartphone, you need to select the contact from which you receive Notifications from us in the Viber application, click ‘Details’ and uncheck ‘Receive notifications’.
- SMS-mailing. To unsubscribe from the SMS newsletter, please send an unsubscribe request in any form to info@baumagroup.com.ua. In your letter, be sure to include your contact phone number to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
6. Storing and deleting personal data
6.1. This section describes our data retention policy and procedure to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations to store and delete personal data.
6.2. We may retain your personal information only for as long as we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Once the data is no longer needed, we delete information that can in any way identify you, but we may retain anonymised (de-identified) data, for example, for analytical or research purposes, in particular, we may transfer such information to third parties, but only if any personal data about you is deleted.
6.3. Your personal data will be stored for a minimum period of 1 business day after you have agreed to this Privacy Policy, and for a maximum period of 3 business days after you have notified us of your subscription cancellation or request for data deletion.
6.4. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 6 set out above, we will retain your personal data if such retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations under which we are required to do so to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of other individuals.

7.1. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a new version on our Website.
